They usually stop serving drinks at five so buy buy a few buckets of berr before then and you can chill and take as long as you want to drink them

Hi Rick! We do allow dogs at Descanso Beach Club as long as they are on a leash. We do require dogs to be 25ft from the bar, and they are not allowed on the sand. Hope this helps! Thanks.
